General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between ABC Spare Parts - Serena Sarlo and the customer.

2. Prices

All prices in Euro (€) are final prices. As a small business under § 19 Abs. 1 UStG, no VAT is charged.

3. Delivery

Delivery time: The delivery time is stated individually for each order and depends on availability from our suppliers. We will inform you of the expected delivery time before concluding the contract.

For advance payment, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment; for other payment methods after conclusion of the contract.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons.

(*) Delete as appropriate.

5. Warranty

Statutory warranty: 2 years for consumers, 1 year for businesses.

6. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
